Having the power to influence others is key to “getting stuff done” in organizations and teams. Learn to recognize and tap into your sources of power and develop your ability to have positive, meaningful influence with others. This experiential simulation and course will help participants:
· Be self-aware about their own ability to influence
· Learn about personal power bases, benefits, and risks
· Understand and practice the process of influence
· Develop awareness of how to influence those in leadership positions
