All leaders want their projects to be well-executed, on time, and on budget. There is a true art (and science) to project management. Without the core of effective project management, a project can be crippled in the preparation and implementation. In this class, the basic processes and methodologies of project management for the Supply Chain Industry will be covered. Participants will gain the knowledge to understand the various project management methodologies and how to apply them to the Supply Chain Industry.

-Definition of a project and an understanding of the Project Life Cycle
-Understand the Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
-Identify key constraints within which a project must be managed

-Understand the utilization of tools for planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress of the project
