This course provides a hands on approach to creating a personal or commercial website without having to learn programming code or HTML. Utilizing the WIX format, participants will learn the best practices of site building and website recognition. By the end of the seminar, you will have an online presence that you can then build upon at your own pace.

- Create page titles
- Learn the importance of search engine optimization
- Understand the basics of an IP address
- Purchase a domain name
- Understand the use of videos and blogs on a website
- Write better anchor text
- Optimize your use of images
- Determine what website template works best
- Use heading tags appropriately
No previous web page experience is necessary, however, basic PC and Windows skills are required.
