Water exercise provides an excellent medium for all ages and fitness levels to move in ways that may be difficult at times on land.
This class consists of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which includes Tabatas, pyramids, plyometric moves, and circuits. Participants will have the opportunity to measure their progress and achieve significant cardio results with a mix of anaerobic and aerobic conditioning.
