Focus on getting started more efficiently on unpleasant tasks, staying on task, and building willpower to keep moving and avoid getting bogged down in specific projects. Identify where you waste time and learn to plan your time more effectively through patterns that work well for you in your work environment. Learn strategies to manage your time to reduce stress due to being overwhelmed with an endless “to do” list and multiple projects that wrestle for your attention.
