Conflict is an inevitable part of any workplace. From differences in opinions to contrasting work styles, clashes are bound to occur among team members. When this happens, leaders should have the tools to help effectively navigate and resolve conflicts and maintain a harmonious and productive work environment. During this training session, participants will be able to better understand why conflict resolution training is key for leaders and employee to help them improve team dynamics, enhance productivity and create a more positive work atmosphere. This course will help participants understand the definition and sources of conflict, how to analyze and manage it, and what to do if the manager is a part of the conflict. Participants will have an opportunity to identify individual conflict management styles and the most appropriate style for managing conflict in the workplace. The focus of the training will include: (1) Identification of one(s) conflict resolution style. (2) How to identify misunderstandings in conflict situations. (3) Gain an understanding of how to view others objectively. (4) Examine how to improve communication skills. (5) Discuss the value of conflict as an opportunity. (6) Apply and practice conflict resolution strategies
