This course will provide best practice tips in promoting an environment of wellness and, at the same time, concentrate on individual and organizational needs to help with productivity improvement. By helping employees understand the importance of being self-aware as the 1st step to developing their emotional intelligence, applying these best practice tips will assist them with building resilience, balancing priorities, and developing positive relationships in the workplace. Ultimately, this can lead to a less stressful work environment and relieve anxiety in our professional and personal lives.
