This course will help participants understand the definition and sources of conflict, how to analyze and manage it, and what to do if the manager is a part of the conflict. Participants will have an opportunity to identify individual conflict management styles and the most appropriate style for managing conflict in the workplace.

Before becoming a consultant/trainer, Sue worked as an Executive Project Manager/Delivery Project Executive at IBM Corporation where she led a team of 250 people in the management of data centers operations, process improvement, human resources, financial management of budgets up to $200 million, client relations, and multiple levels of management.
